This Refund Policy governs the use of credits and payments made for the following services provided on our platform:

  • AI Document Analyzer (document review, risk detection, compliance checks, content quality insights)
  • AI Document Generator (AI-powered document creation and drafting)

By purchasing credits and using these services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Credit-Based Service Model

Our platform operates on a credit-based system. Credits are required to access:

  • AI Document Analysis (fixed or length-based credit usage as displayed at the time of request)
  • AI Document Generation (credits consumed based on document length, complexity, or output size, as applicable)

The exact credit usage will be clearly displayed to the user before initiating each request.

2. Non-Refundable Credits (Standard Policy)

All credits consumed for AI services are non-refundable once a request has been successfully processed.
This applies to:

  • AI-generated documents
  • AI-analyzed documents
  • Partial or complete outputs
  • User dissatisfaction with AI-generated or AI-analyzed results

Once credits are deducted and processing is completed, refunds will not be issued.

3. Failed or Incomplete Processing (Exception Policy)

Credits will not be deducted or will be reversed in the following cases:

  • System error, server failure, or platform outage
  • AI processing failure where no result is delivered
  • Technical issues that prevent completion of the requested service

If credits are deducted due to a verified technical failure, users may contact support within 7 days of the transaction for a manual review and possible credit reversal.

4. No Refunds for User Errors

Refunds or credit reversals will not be provided for:

  • Incorrect document uploads
  • Uploading the wrong file
  • Repeated submissions of the same document
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated or AI-analyzed content
  • Changes in user requirements after processing
  • User failure to review outputs before submission

Users are responsible for ensuring that documents are final and correct before initiating AI processing.

5. Credit Purchase Refunds

Purchased credits are non-refundable once added to your account, except where required by applicable law.
We do not offer cash refunds for unused credits. Credits have no monetary value and cannot be transferred or exchanged.

6. Fair Usage & Daily Limits

To ensure fair access for all users:

  • Daily request limits may apply to AI Document Analysis and AI Document Generation
  • Excessive or abusive usage may result in temporary suspension or throttling
  • No refunds will be issued for usage blocked due to fair usage policy violations

7. User Responsibility & Final Review

Users acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated and AI-analyzed documents may contain inaccuracies or omissions
  • Final decisions and usage of any document should be made only after appropriate professional review
  • The platform is a productivity and assistance tool and does not replace professional judgment

8. Transaction Records & Billing Transparency

All credit usage and transactions are logged and visible in your account under Transaction History.
Users are responsible for monitoring their credit usage and account balance.

9. Support & Dispute Resolution

If you experience a billing error or technical issue:

  • Contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction
  • Provide transaction ID and relevant details
  • Our team will investigate and, if applicable, issue a credit reversal

10. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
