Welcome to Indigo eDoc. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Indigo eDoc platform, including our website, applications, and services such as AI Document Analyzer, AI Document Generator, electronic signing (eSign), and credit-based features (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using Indigo eDoc, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, purchasing credits, or using any feature of Indigo eDoc, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, along with our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, which form an integral part of these Terms.
2. Description of Services
Indigo eDoc provides:
- AI Document Analyzer for document review, compliance checks, risk detection, and content insights
- AI Document Generator for creating and drafting documents using AI
- Electronic document signing (eSign) and document management features
- Credit-based access to AI-powered services
Service availability, features, and limits may vary based on your plan and usage policies.
3. Account Registration & Security
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and up-to-date account information
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activities performed under your account
Indigo eDoc is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account.
4. Credit System & Billing
4.1 Credit Usage
Certain Services operate on a credit-based model. Credits are consumed when you use features such as AI Document Analysis and AI Document Generation. The applicable credit cost will be displayed before you initiate a request.
4.2 Purchasing Credits
Credits can be purchased through the platform using supported payment methods. Prices and credit packages are subject to change.
4.3 Non-Refundable Credits
Credits used for AI processing are non-refundable once processing is completed, except in cases of verified technical failure as outlined in our Refund Policy.
4.4 Fair Usage Limits
We may apply daily or usage limits to prevent abuse and ensure fair access for all users. Excessive or abusive usage may result in temporary suspension or restriction of Services.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Upload and generate only content that you have the legal right to use
- Not use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
- Ensure documents submitted for AI processing are final to avoid unnecessary credit usage
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
You are solely responsible for the content you upload, generate, sign, or distribute using Indigo eDoc.
6. AI Features & Final Responsibility
Indigo eDoc’s AI Document Analyzer and AI Document Generator are designed to assist users with productivity and insights.
For AI-generated and AI-analyzed documents, final decisions should always be made after review by a qualified legal professional.
You acknowledge that AI outputs may contain inaccuracies or omissions, and you remain solely responsible for how such outputs are used.
7. Data, Privacy & Security
Your use of Indigo eDoc is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.
While we implement reasonable security measures, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure
8. Intellectual Property
All platform content, software, branding, and intellectual property related to Indigo eDoc remain the property of Indigo eDoc or its licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.
9. Service Availability & Modifications
We reserve the right to:
- Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time
- Update features, pricing, and usage limits
- Perform maintenance that may result in temporary service interruptions

10. Account Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

- Engage in abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful activity

Upon termination, any remaining credits may be forfeited in accordance with our Refund Policy.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Indigo eDoc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or reliance on AI-generated or AI-analyzed outputs.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Indigo eDoc, its affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Services
- Content you upload or generate
- Your violation of these Terms or applicable laws
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
