3.1 Refund Policy: Fees are refundable only as described in the published refund schedule. Withdrawing after the term start date may forfeit part or all of that term's fee.

3.2 Code of Conduct: Parent/Guardian and the Student agree to follow the institution's code of conduct, attendance rules, and disciplinary policy for the duration of enrollment.

4. STANDARD ENROLLMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

By signing below, Parent/Guardian agrees to be bound by the following institutional terms:

4.1 Academic & Attendance Compliance. Student agrees to attend all scheduled classes punctually, maintain acceptable academic standing, and abide by all institutional guidelines.

4.2 Financial Responsibility. Parent/Guardian assumes full financial responsibility for all tuition, fees, and expenses incurred. Non-payment may result in suspension of enrollment or withholding of official transcripts/diplomas.

4.3 Refund Schedule. Tuition refunds, if applicable, shall strictly adhere to the institution's official published Refund Policy based on formal written notice of withdrawal.

4.4 Student Conduct & Discipline. The institution reserves the right to dismiss or suspend any student whose conduct, progress, or attendance is unsatisfactory or violates institutional policies.

4.5 Medical Emergency Consent. In case of a medical emergency, Parent/Guardian authorizes the institution to secure necessary emergency medical treatment for the Student if Parent/Guardian cannot be contacted immediately.

4.6 Confidentiality & Privacy. Educational records are protected and handled in compliance with applicable student privacy regulations and guidelines.

4.7 Limitation of Liability. The institution shall not be held liable for loss or damage to personal property or for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

4.8 Governing Law & Jurisdiction. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA.

4.9 Entire Agreement. This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding enrollment and supersedes all prior verbal or written understandings.

4.10 Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid, all remaining provisions shall remain fully enforceable.
