Acceptance: The Seller's acceptance of this Purchase Order constitutes agreement to the terms of the Purchase Order.
Inspection: The Buyer has the right to inspect goods or services and reject non-conforming goods or services.
Title and Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss transfer according to the agreed delivery terms or applicable Incoterms.
Warranties: The Seller warrants that goods and services conform to applicable specifications and are free from defects.
Compliance: The Seller will comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Confidentiality: Confidential information must be kept confidential.
Indemnification: The Seller will indemnify the Buyer for applicable losses.
Force Majeure: Neither party will be liable for qualifying force majeure events.
