The workflow

1 · Type Describe what you need in ordinary language. No legal phrasing, no form to decipher. “Mutual NDA between my design studio and a manufacturing partner in Pune, three years, Indian law.” That is enough to start.

One honest note

The workflow ends at signature, and for most documents that is genuinely the end.

For some it is not. Wills need correct witnessing. Certain documents require notarisation, stamping or registration to have effect. And anything carrying real commercial risk deserves a professional read before it is signed rather than after.
